Abstract
The text addresses the legal challenges arising from the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) in a globalized society. The crucial importance of adapting Law to new technological realities stands out, especially given the exponential growth of internet users and the notable development of the autonomous learning capacity of AI systems. For the research, the qualitative-quantitative method was used, involving bibliographical research, case analysis and review of legislation arising from AI. Challengesrelated to legal liability in cases involving AI, the need for updated legislation to deal with emerging ethical and legal issues, as well as the impact of AI on industry and copyright are addressed. Furthermore, the contribution made by the Judiciary in regulating the use of artificial intelligence as a tool for speedy judicial provision stands out, even with adjustments to be made to its regulations.
