Evaluation of the Public knowledge to the New Level

By 201d, the number of online libraries has increased to 9600 index and abstracting 190,000 articles worldwide - a great share of public knowledge. Most digital libraries lack the essential scientific and technical quality. Improving these libraries can improve the quality and credibility level of public knowledge. International Libraries Registry (ilr) mission is to improve libraries worldwide. Once a library is applied to ASI, 400 aspects of the library are evaluated based on 400 defined standards in five stages, and Library-Factor is computed. The library receives a detailed evaluation report for each of the 400 items and the total Library-Factor of the Library to improve the library based on.

Evaluation Ethics and Evaluation Malpractice Statement:

A referee evaluates a library based on standards regardless of religious, race, gender, sexual orientation, and belief of library owner. The evaluation process should be performed neutrally. Referee should state his views about the library clearly with supporting opinions. The Library Library-Factor is an average of five factors: Library Basics Factor, Library Transparency Factor, Library Article Factor, Library Operation Factor, Library International Availability Factor. The referee will consider similarity or overlap between the content of the library under consideration and other libraries. The library can be continuously improved based on the defined standards for a new Library-Factor.
