Abstract
In order to describe the behavior of domestic violence in times of pandemic and social isolation, a narrative review was carried out. As sources of information, articles were used in databases such as Pubmed, BMC and LILACS on domestic violence in the context of COVID-19, in any of its manifestations: physical, economic, psychological, or sexual violence, with subjects of any age and sex, with analytical, observational design, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, in which validated instruments have been used to measure domestic violence. 50 articles were included, with a population of 28,240 subjects. An increase in the figures of domestic violence in the context of the pandemic is described. The most frequent forms of domestic violence were: psychological, physical, sexual, economic.
